Celebrating our Remarkable Rhinos of Grade Four

The Remarkable Rhinos of Grade Four

Sturdy, Strong, and Smart

They’re from different walks of life

And a true delight!

Be careful not to trip over the origami treasures around our classroom, and do not get puzzled by the math challenges dangling from our board. Also, watch out for the couch pillows that seem to grow wings and magically turn into boxing gloves. Finally, please tread with caution as the exploding kittens enjoy lying on our carpet.
A privilege like no other is spending the past two years together. From challenges we have overcome to new records, personal bests, and the small wins we have won, every single day has its highlights, and the ones you create are the best ones!

The Grade Fours are truly a force like no other. With a variety of interests, they teach, learn, and grow from one another. The presence of ownership in their inquiries and their authentic actions really makes a difference. We have been inspired by fish tank ecosystems, running and skipping technique tips, hygiene posters, port route maps, the history of Shinto, and investments, to name a few—all of this came from you!

Our Remarkable Rhinos are a precious bunch who make old and new friends feel like they have been with us from day one. Their care for one another stands out, their desire to be a better friend is a special mark, and their inclusivity for all our colourful personalities leaves our classroom environment with a home-like spark.

I hope you all take a final step back to reflect and celebrate your achievements and how much you have grown.

Your abilities are immeasurable, and I know you will succeed wherever that may be.

With that, I would like to say…

Thank you, little dudes, you inspire me!!!!

Much love, Miss A. Schelin

Upper Primary Music Concert & Student Led Conferences

Upper Primary Music Concert
The Remarkable Rhinos participated in a delightful musical concert, which showcased all of Upper Primary's diverse talents. They performed a spirited rendition of "Try Everything" and really gave it their all! This was beautifully complemented by a recorder performance of 'Marschmusik', followed by a layered metallophone piece of 'Oh When the Saints Go Marching'.

Student-Led Conference
Last night’s end-of-year Student-Led Conference was a joyful celebration of their hard work and growth throughout the year. Each of them confidently took ownership in sharing their achievements with their parents, proudly showcasing projects and activities that highlighted the year.
They really are a REMARKABLE bunch, aren't they!

A heartfelt thank you goes to all our parents who came through last night to support their children in celebrating their hard work, allowing them to express greater confidence and ownership over their achievements.

Have a wonderful weekend!
