U4 History of Religion and Angles

Then & Now
This week the Grade 4s looked at when and where some of the most common religions originated. Through engaging activities and interactive discussions, they learned about the roots of major religions, including Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism.

During Mathematics, we had a great time measuring and identifyuing angles. We also practised identifying different triangles and describing their properties around the classroom.

Grade 2 Assembly
The Grade 2's blasted us off into space and took us to different planets during their assembly.

Fun with Posture
We enjoyed yet another special class this week with our very own physiotherapist, who came to remind us about the importance of posture and maintaing healthy, strong muscles.

Have a wonderful weekend!

U4 UP Winter Ski Trip 2025

Upper Primary Winter Ski Trip 2025
3 more sleeps!... 2 more sleeps!... ONE more sleep!
SKI TRIP DAY!

The real countdown began in September 2024, as the Grade 4s reminisced about the ski trip at least once a month, right up until these last couple of months when it became the hottest topic in class. So you can imagine just how excited they truly were!
The morning arrived, they came packed and ready to hit the road.
Off we go!

We arrived at the ski resort and enjoyed a warm lunch, then kitted up and met our instructors.

After enjoying our time on the slopes, we headed to the hotel, where we got to see and set up our rooms.

We washed up, got warm, and went for dinner. After our delicious and well-deserved 'washoku', we enjoyed a night of chatter and joyous laughter.

It was an early rise the next morning, with the teachers signing a merry good morning to the sleepy eyes, who greeted back with a meaningful yawn.
Off to the slopes, we go!

A warm lunch and some time in the snow.

Once again, we savoured a delightful 'washoku' dinner, and this time, we participated in various engaging board games before it was time to turn out the lights.

Final day of our ski trip fun, let's stop one last time because we're not done,
Dodgeball and basketball were on the agenda, then a bus ride home, where our parents awaited with splendour.

Have a wonderful weekend!
